RETURNS AND REFUNDS POLICY
We will provide a refund for any item retuned within 14 days of delivery. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return with exchange or refund your item must be unworn, undamaged and unused with all tags attached and in the original packaging.
Please take care when trying on your purchases and return them in the same condition you received them.
To complete your return, the first thing to do is send the Mandatory team an email info@mandatorylimited.com and let us know that you plan to return the item. If you include your original order number in the email subject this will also help us to quickly identify your request. When you are ready to send the product we will provide the address and any other details you may require for the shipping.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If everything is okay, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or the original method of payment, within a 28-day period.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns and / or may offer only partial refunds if the policy conditions are not met. This includes:
– Any item not in its original condition, or damaged
– Any item that is returned more than 14 days after delivery

Return Shipping Costs
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Cut to be oversized. If you prefer a tighter fit we recommend you can choose the size below your usual size, although for us we think the oversize look carries the t-shirts best.
